Bed linen, such as your sheets, pillowcases, and quilt covers, is the foundation of how your bedroom looks, feels, and how you sleep. Bedding should be washed on a regular basis, usually around once a week, or every time a new sleeper is going in any bed. To keep it fresh, try and wash bedding separately and ideally dry on the line. Make sure it is completely dry before folding and putting away.
